About The Position

This role is for an ambitious entrepreneur to start and scale a Space Tech startup, taking full responsibility for building and running the company. The founder will receive either a salary while building the startup as an employee of EWOR or the option to pursue up to €500,000 in funding. Support includes weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a founder and investor community, help hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, and guidance with product-market fit, sales and marketing, and fundraising. Fellows receive a customized personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management, as well as intensive coaching to prepare the startup to raise millions in funding. EWOR reports that fellows raise more than €2 million on average after the Grand Pitch.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100 million or more in revenue.
• Have excellent communication skills in English.
