Collects, verifies, and analyzes detailed facilities information for use in space planning projects. Manages relocation projects and is responsible for implementing space planning projects that have been approved through the Space Allocation Committee or campus leadership. Quality control Facilities Inventory, GIS Mapping systems, internal enterprise data systems, TTU Internal Space Model Reports, space performance metrics, and other key indicators. Define, analyze, and report on analytics and resources for a variety of projects for quality control. Collect, analyze, interpret, evaluate, and input data for facilities inventory to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. Ability to apply numerical and analytical skills necessary for the analysis and evaluation of data in real time. Ability to think critically (out of the box) and be able to pay complete attention to details. Ability to make independent judgements and decisions based on established guidelines and job experience. Communicate with other departments to prepare for existing site surveys, new construction surveys and space use surveys to verify coding, measurements, and physical building information.
