About The Position
As a Space Planner, you will collaborate with client teams to handle all non-project-related inquiries throughout the space planning process. This role is essential for ensuring efficient use of space and requires a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Requirements
- Proficiency in data analytics, occupancy planning, and space planning.
- Experience in test-fitting and project coordination.
- Competency in using CAD/Revit software.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
Nice To Haves
- 2-4 years of experience in space planning or a related field.
- Experience as an occupancy planner is ideal.
- Ability to execute move and change management effectively.
- Experience with CAFM systems such as Serraview, Archibus, and FMS.
Responsibilities
- Receive and review all occupancy requests.
- Engage with tactical business space representatives to gather planning requirements.
- Develop tactical scenarios for space utilization.
- Perform regular and ad-hoc auditing of space usage.
- Assist planners in the development of strategic plans as necessary.
- Coordinate with the Move, Add, Change (MAC) team for the implementation of space plans.
