About The Position

Riverside Research is seeking a full-time Space ISR Subject Matter Expert (SME) & Instructor to support the United States Space Force (USSF), Combat Forces Command (CFC) at Peterson SFB, CO. The goal of this effort is to provide independent technical and project management Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) support to the USSF CFC ISR enterprise. This support will be provided in the form of instruction, development and maintenance of curriculum for domain-specific foundational intelligence training and tradecraft training to include, but not limited to, space targeting, space foreign instrumentation signals (FIS), cyber intelligence, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED), and all-source intelligence analysis.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI adjudication
  • Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence, Business Administration, Accounting, History, Political Science, Engineering, Space, or related technical fields
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience working within the DoW, IC, and/or Space Mission Area as an ISR SME to include all-source analysis and reporting
  • USAF/USSF Qualification as a 14N/1NX- Intelligence professional (or other service equivalent)
  • Experience developing training curriculum and instructing in a classified environment
  • Self-motivated, independent, detail oriented responsible team player capable of interacting with senior leaders within the USSF, DoW, and IC
  • Effective/efficient written/verbal communication skills
  • Available for travel

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with USSF organizations, mission, roles, and responsibilities
  • Recognized ISR SME within areas of interest to the USSF
  • Experience in CFC/Space Operations Command/Air Force Space Command, Space Training & Readiness Command (STARCOM) and/or Air Education & Training Command (AETC)
  • Basic Instructor Course/Basic Instructor Space Course attendance or advanced instructorship
  • Master’s degree in Intelligence, Business Administration, Accounting, History, Political Science, Engineering, Space, or related technical fields
  • Experience with the ADDIE curriculum development model
  • FISINT/Targeting/Analytic Tradecraft certifications

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver in-person classroom instruction on topics such as space ISR; targeting; foreign instrumentation signals intelligence (FISINT); PED; mission planning; and all-source intelligence analysis.
  • Guide development of operational & tactical training programs
  • Maintain coordination with mission partners to ensure training reflects current needs
  • Other duties as assigned
