The Space Force Account Executive is a senior individual contributor responsible for the health and growth of Raft’s Space Force portfolio. This is not a traditional sales role, but a multi-faceted position that spans account growth and delivery success, with each dimension reinforcing the others. On any given week, the individual may be sitting with a delivery team to understand program status, briefing a program manager on Raft’s platform evolution, flagging risks, or helping shape early opportunities based on established relationships. The core objective is to keep Raft’s Space Force programs healthy, ensure customer success, and grow the portfolio. The ideal candidate possesses an internal understanding of how Space Force programs are funded, structured, and acquired, enabling them to be a credible, trusted presence with customers rather than a vendor. Raft will provide commercial training, but the mission context and community knowledge gained from time in and around Space Force are essential and cannot be taught.
