About The Position

As an expert in defense missions, your unique background inspires you to think bigger, push further, and ask questions others don’t. We need your extensive industry knowledge and advisory skills to solve some of our clients’ most complex problems and find solutions that keep our nation safe. As a defense mission analyst, you’ll bring your leadership and tactical expertise to work alongside thought leaders in electromagnetic spectrum operations (EMSO) on projects for the client. You’ll use your skills and expertise to research various EMSO capabilities, develop assessment plans, and assess various service and Combatant Command exercises, as well as the various ranges’ ability to simulate an adversary's capabilities.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in space-based capabilities
5+ years of experience with tactics against vulnerabilities in the presence of threat EMSO
Knowledge of U.S. Space Force capabilities, including communications and tactical data links
Ability to communicate technical subject matter clearly in verbal and written form
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

Research various EMSO capabilities
Develop assessment plans
Assess various service and Combatant Command exercises
Assess the various ranges’ ability to simulate an adversary's capabilities
Write recommendations for service or joint tactics documents, weapon school's curriculum, or publications based on findings of electromagnetic readiness evaluations
Develop detailed mission analysis and integration of resources to determine capabilities to meet the mission
