Aleut Federal is seeking a Space Domain Awareness (SDA) Instructor/Curriculum Developer to support the 533d Training Squadron’s USSF Guardian Enlisted Training (GET) initiative at Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA. This role is crucial for refining the training of enlisted Guardians to prepare them for dominating in the space-domain, serving as technical specialists, leaders, weapon system experts, and advisors. The GET initiative transforms initial skills training to meet the Chief of Space Operations’ vision for enlisted force development. Work is slated to start on January 1, 2027, contingent upon contract award. The position involves developing and instructing curriculum focused on the fundamentals of detection, tracking, identification, and characterization of space objects and activities, as well as SSN architecture and catalog management concepts. The role also includes assessing and mentoring students, supporting integrated events, guest instruction, multi-course instruction, mission integration, and Graduation Exercise (GRADEX) activities. Additionally, the instructor will participate in curriculum reviews, agile course development, maintenance efforts, LMS record keeping, and faculty development.
