About The Position

KBR is seeking an experienced Space Domain Awareness (SDA) Analyst to support Combat Forces Command (CFC) S35D, as a contract staff member responsible for the delivery, operational transition, sustainment, and disposition of Space Control and Space Domain Awareness capabilities, including programs achieving Milestone C, Advanced Concept Technology Demonstrations, Rapid Reaction Capabilities, and Prototypes.

Requirements

  • An active TS/SCI clearance with SAP/SAR eligibility on Day 1, which is something only a U.S. citizen can obtain.
  • 10+ years Space Domain Awareness experience, including 6+ years supporting DoD or military Service HQ staff in EW/SEW/SDA mission areas.
  • Experience working in classified space environments (SAP/SAR).
  • Joint operations planning experience, including CONOPS, tasking orders, execution orders, deployment orders, and security classification guides.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, including DOTMLPF-P execution on complex programs.
  • Experience operating or supporting SDA systems across military, commercial, or academic environments.
  • Knowledge of USSF SDA weapon systems and experience supporting acquisition, integration, sustainment, and upgrades, including allied and commercial systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, review, staff, and provide recommendations on Operating Concepts, System Concepts, System Training Plans, and support agreements (MOAs, MOUs, ISAs) for SDA sensor operations.
  • Analyze sustainment requirements for both one-time delivery systems and incrementally upgraded systems.
  • Review and staff AF Form 1067s, modification proposals, EDLM/UDLM actions, and verify incorporation of system corrections and upgrades.
  • Analyze and staff recommendations for system decommissioning and disposal.
  • Develop and staff IOC/FOC criteria and participate in Integrated Activation Transition Teams (IATTs).
  • Support development and coordination of operational test plans, MOUs, and testing documentation.
  • Develop inputs for Operational Capabilities, COIs, MOEs, MOS, and MOPs.
  • Develop and coordinate Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) for SDA sensors including phased array radars, mechanical radars, and ground- and space-based optical sensors.
  • Monitor DT&E and OT&E, attend and lead working groups, and resolve system performance issues.
  • Provide lifecycle operational support for phased array, optical, mechanical, space-based, non-traditional, and international sensors across the CFC portfolio.
