About The Position

This role manages Syllo’s physical office footprint, corporate logistics, and workplace infrastructure. Based in New York City, you will oversee day-to-day facilities operations for our local office while managing workplace logistics that support both in-office and remote team members nationwide. You will manage real estate and service vendor relationships, and keep our corporate compliance documentation up to date (including state filings, change of address registrations, and localized entity records). We are looking for an organized, proactive operations administrator who takes pride in creating seamless workplace experiences and rock-solid corporate logistics.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in workplace management, office administration, corporate facilities, or operations logistics in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with managing vendor contracts, office space maintenance, and basic state/entity business compliance records.
  • Located in the Greater New York City area with the ability to work on-site in a hybrid capacity.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business administration, operations, or hospitality management.

Responsibilities

  • Run daily NYC workplace operations: Manage the physical NYC office footprint, maintaining a welcoming, productive, and well-equipped environment for local team members and visitors.
  • Oversee real estate & vendor relations: Manage relationships with property management, maintenance crews, office vendors, and logistics partners to ensure high service standards.
  • Maintain corporate compliance & filings: Keep corporate registration documentation organized, including state business filings, address updates, and localized entity records.
  • Support company events & culture: Assist with local event execution, team gatherings, offsites, and office hospitality to foster a vibrant team culture.
