Responsibilities
- Oversee daily spa operations and ensure exceptional guest service.
- Train, coach, and support spa associates while promoting a positive team culture.
- Manage reservations, group bookings, and resolve guest concerns with professionalism.
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and keep the spa organized and well-stocked.
- Maintain cleanliness, service excellence, and luxury spa standards throughout the facility.
- Work with resort departments to ensure seamless operations and memorable guest experiences.
