About The Position

Provides customer service in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner to all guests. This role involves managing spa reservations, assisting guests, and supporting the gift shop and spa operations.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Working knowledge of payment methods.
  • Proficiency with figures.
  • Able to work holidays, weekends, and evenings.
  • Able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
  • Basic typing skills and ability to operate standard office equipment including: copier, fax, telephone, calculator, etc.
  • Proficient on Microsoft Word, Excel, and MindBody.
  • Ability to work in stressful situations.
  • Ability to maintain a friendly demeanor when working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for long periods of time or an entire shift.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions, climb stairs, balance, stoop, squat, bend, twist, kneel, reach, grasp, and squeeze with both hands.
  • Ability to talk or hear; taste or smell.
  • Must occasionally lift and/or move, carry, push, and pull up to 30lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Greet all guests entering the Gift shop and provide directions to the treatment center for all spa guests.
  • Process, confirm, cancel, and reschedule reservations.
  • Maintain knowledge of the spa menu, packages, schedule, and products.
  • Perform spa attendant duties.
  • Perform cashier duties.
  • Create spa package itineraries and coordinate with other departments to deliver expected services.
  • Stock spa package forms, vouchers, and other supplies.
  • Assist the gift shop manager with retail tasks.
  • Understand general information about the facilities.
  • Produce reports as requested.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the work area.
  • Complete daily duties checklist.
  • Report any unusual occurrences or requests to the department head or manager on duty.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
