About The Position
The Spa Receptionist creates the first impression for each spa guest and helps deliver a luxurious, memorable guest experience in the Bamford Spa. The role includes assisting guests with booking treatments and selecting products that match their needs, while helping maintain a pristine and beautiful spa environment. The ideal candidate is outgoing, approachable, passionate about hospitality and spas, and takes pride in exceptional guest service and the spa experience.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Team-oriented, flexible, and detail-oriented.
- Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Passion for hospitality, spas, and exceptional guest service.
