About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking candidates to join our Spa team as a Spa Coordinator/Receptionist. In this role, you will seamlessly coordinate appointments, support spa operations, and anticipate guest needs while ensuring every interaction reflects the world-class service and luxury standards synonymous with Four Seasons. Your exceptional organization, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality will help create memorable and effortless experiences for every guest who visits our Spa.

Requirements

• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize in a busy environment.
• High grooming standards, a genuine smile, and a professional demeanor.
• Passion for the health and wellness industry, with a proactive and guest-focused mindset.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a similar role (2 years preferred) within a luxury spa or hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of spa software systems and hotel interface programs such as Book4Time, Opera, and HotSOS, preferably.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional guest experiences by welcoming guests, providing expert guidance on spa services and amenities, anticipating needs, and resolving concerns with professionalism and care.
• Coordinate spa reservations and communications by managing appointments, handling phone and email inquiries, maintaining accurate booking records, and ensuring seamless communication across the spa team.
• Support daily spa operations by partnering with therapists, attendants, housekeeping, and engineering teams to maintain an organized, efficient, and guest-ready environment.
• Manage administrative and retail functions including processing payments, promoting spa retail products, maintaining inventory accuracy, updating guest materials, and handling lost-and-found items in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
