About The Position

The Spa At The Hotel Hershey, affectionately known as the Chocolate Spa® because of its signature chocolate treatments, is a full-service European-style spa. The Spa At The Hotel Hershey features 30,000 Sq. Ft of relaxation space, including 55 treatment rooms, and breathtaking views of the majestic gardens. This position is responsible for scheduling all spa services according to The Hotel Hershey standards. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- A minimum of 6 months prior experience in a guest oriented atmosphere, preferably in the hospitality field.
- Basic knowledge of computers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Good communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Answer questions about the spa and services
- Promote and sell spa services
- Book spa reservations
- Greet guests as they enter the spa
- Settle guest accounts as they depart
- Provide an overall relaxing, courteous, and professional atmosphere for all guests
- Perform other duties as assigned
