You will partner closely with Human Resources and Forbes Travel Guide to ensure every colleague and leader is equipped to deliver world-class, five-star service from day one. Requirements

• Associates degree or two years equivalent specialized training or experience required
• CPR/AED certification required within 90 days of employment
• Group C Driver
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history
• First Aid Certified

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Spa Services teams, overseeing staffing, scheduling, coaching, and performance.
• Manage payroll, budgets, and reporting to ensure operational and financial excellence.
• Partner with Facilities to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and support continuous improvement initiatives.
