About The Position

Provide professional and therapeutic massage treatments to guests, promoting relaxation, pain relief and overall wellness. Continually assess guests' needs, recommend appropriate treatments, and maintain a high standard of service to ensure a positive guest experience as defined by department standards.

Requirements

Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
Must possess or obtain California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC) Certification
Minimum 2 years of massage experience.

Responsibilities

Redefine hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
Provide exceptional Guest service at all times, including while assisting in locker room and surrounding areas.
Perform massage and body treatments according to department standards.
Must have and maintain knowledge of Massage products and services and actively engage in promoting and selling them.
Maintain clean and organized treatment rooms.
Communicate service steps to Guests while executing all services and treatments.
Ensure information provided regarding treatment type is accurate.
Must complete all necessary training courses as specified by management.
Complete all necessary opening and closing duties per department processes.
Responsible for restocking all spa products in treatment rooms.
Responsible for stocking all treatments with required lines to perform services.
Duties and responsibilities can be changed, expanded, reduced, or delegated by Management to meet the business needs of the property.
