The Spa at Montgomery, located in the heart of Alabama’s capital at the Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa at the Convention Center, is a premier urban sanctuary on the prestigious RTJ Spa Trail. Requirements

3+ years spa leadership (supervisory & above)
Strong knowledge of spa services & practices
Retail, pricing, & inventory experience

Responsibilities

Assist the Spa Director in effectively managing the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Take on the responsibilities of the Spa Director in their absence, ensuring continuity and seamless operations.
Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service, fostering positive guest relations, and handling any guest issues or complaints effectively.
