Responsibilities

Assist in overseeing Spa Desk and Spa Attendants to ensure they are performing their jobs efficiently and correctly.
Manage and assist with all spa staff training and monthly meetings
Ensure adequate coverage is provided based on treatments booked and predicting treatment pickup.
Assist all staff with questions on products and procedures.
Stay current on the latest thinking pertinent to the department and become well-versed and trained in its application.
Oversee back-of-house inventory, including guest amenities, operational supplies, and all professional treatment products.
Promote good public relations and handle complaints or concerns of guests
Work cooperatively and professionally with all departments.
