About The Position

This individual must have Beauty Spa working experience and may have worked in Hotels previously. If they are ex-cruise ship candidates, they must have worked locally as well, understand BEA Ethics, and their Guest Services Management need to be impeccable. As Spa Manager & Centre Operations, you will oversee daily operations, lead the team, and uphold the highest standards across service delivery, client care, and facility management. You will work alongside the Front of House Manager, ensuring alignment between guest services, bookings, and overall centre operations. The Floor Manager will report to you, and you will be responsible for consolidating and delivering senior management reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Driving and managing spa and staff performance targets.
  • Overseeing daily spa and centre operations.
  • Leading staff training, onboarding, and performance development.
  • Implementing performance training programs.
  • Managing and supporting the Floor Manager and operational team.
  • Ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation of all facilities.
  • Managing bookings, schedules, and appointment flow.
  • Delivering exceptional client care and guest experience.
  • Working closely with the Front of House Manager.
  • Collaborating with medical practitioners (Drs).
  • Monitoring and compiling revenue reports.
  • Consolidating reporting into senior management KPIs.
