SPA Laundry/Housekeeping Specialist
About The Position
Woodhouse Spa - Vintage Park is hiring for a Full-Time Laundry/Housekeeping Specialist. This is a full-time evening position and requiring 1 pm - 8 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The role ensures clean, fresh laundry is available all day, every day, and that the spa is clean, organized, and 5-star worthy. The specialist is responsible for maintaining an organized workspace, keeping the break room in order, and ensuring all areas comply with Woodhouse standards. They take pride in their work, ensuring each guest has the best experience, and communicate frequently with the hospitality team to meet and exceed all expectations. Woodhouse provides self-care that lasts, believing that wellness and luxury should be accessible. Their customizable treatments and relaxing atmosphere provide guests the opportunity to feel revived and renewed long after they leave. This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation

- Previous spa experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Ensures clean, fresh laundry is available all day, every day
- Ensures the spa is clean, organized and 5-star worthy
- Is a master of the tools and products necessary to give us the freshest laundry and cleanest spa in the industry
- Maneuvers the spa with ease and grace collecting soiled laundry without distracting guests or team members
- Maintains an organized work space and places laundry in dedicated places
- Has a keen attention to detail, is tidy and organized, and keeps the place spotless
- Is the sanitation police and ensures all areas especially damp and moist areas are treated with extra care
- Greets each and every guest with a smile
- Keeps the break room in order and never leaves a dish in the sink
- Is a steward of the Woodhouse brand making sure all areas comply to Woodhouse standards
- Takes pride in his or her work ensuring each guest has only the best experience
- Communicates frequently with the hospitality team to meet and exceed all expectations
