About The Position

This role involves supervising health club operations and pool access, supporting the Manager/Director in operating the health club, fitness center, spa, or salon, and pool. The supervisor will lead the health club team by training, scheduling, and supervising team members across fitness, spa, and guest service roles to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience. They will also provide hands-on support by stepping into staff roles as needed to maintain service continuity and uphold quality across all guest touchpoints. Additionally, the role supports business operations through assistance with marketing, merchandising, programming, inventory management, and tracking financial performance to drive engagement and efficiency. A key responsibility is upholding regulatory standards, maintaining compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise health club operations & pool access: Support the Manager/Director in operating the health club, fitness center, spa, or salon, pool.
• Lead the health club team: Train, schedule, and supervise team members across fitness, spa, and guest service roles to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience.
