About The Position

As a Full Time Spa Receptionist at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler, you will be responsible for creating a warm, relaxing first impression for every guest while managing bookings, supporting the team, and focusing on the guest experience from arrival to departure. This role is suited for someone with a high level of detail and dedication to serving guests, who can balance sales and service with a strong commitment to thoughtful guest experiences.

Requirements

• Prior Spa or fitness center experience.
• Prior reception or customer service experience.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Excellent commitment to service and team work.
• Valid work authorization in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Extend a warm welcome to arriving guests at the Spa and fitness center.
• Possess a comprehensive knowledge of the spa services offered and effectively communicate the options to guests.
• Sell retail items and products, ensuring a high level of service and professionalism.
• Handle guest check-ins, appointments, and inquiries with efficiency and courtesy.
• Coordinate with other spa staff to ensure smooth operations and optimal guest satisfaction.
• Uphold a standard of exceptional customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
• Assist in administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, record-keeping, and payment processing.
