Requirements
- Good command of the English language.
- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
Nice To Haves
- One to two years previous experience in a supervisory level position within a luxury Spa preferred.
Responsibilities
- Arranging spa appointments while greeting and accommodating guests.
- Greeting, accommodating, and facilitating guest arrival and departure in the spa.
- Responding to all interactions efficiently, courteously, and professionally to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
- Direct guest contact requiring good communication skills.
- Flexible schedule with availability for morning/evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
