With four award-winning locations and a team culture that values growth, integrity, and connection, we are now hiring Guest Services Spa Coordinators who are passionate about delivering elevated guest care-and who are seeking more than just a job. This is not a short-term or transitional position. We are looking for career-minded individuals eager to grow within the luxury hospitality or wellness field who can contribute meaningfully to our expanding team.

Requirements

  • Naturally warm, gracious, and motivated to serve others
  • Looking to grow professionally within the hospitality or spa industry
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and energized by a fast-paced environment
  • A team player who communicates clearly, takes initiative, and embraces feedback
  • Experienced in spa, wellness, or upscale hospitality settings (1 year preferred)
  • Available for evening shifts and one weekend day per week

Responsibilities

  • Greeting guests with a polished and welcoming presence
  • Scheduling appointments and confirming visits with poise and accuracy
  • Checking guests in/out with care and professionalism
  • Managing cash handling and daily closing procedures
  • Setting up and tidying bath and sauna rooms
  • Recommending products and services that align with guest needs
  • Selling spa memberships and maintaining client records
  • Maintaining a pristine spa atmosphere by performing laundry duties as well as daily and weekly cleaning, creating a polished, guest-ready environment
