About The Position

The Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak is looking for a PT - Spa/Fitness - Locker Room Attendant to join our amazing Tocasierra Spa Team! This role involves servicing guests by providing towels, robes, sandals, locker assistance, refreshments, and other amenities. The attendant is also responsible for the daily cleaning of the Fitness/Spa areas, with a primary focus on locker rooms, including trash removal and managing soiled linen and terry. Maintaining clean linen supplies, laundering linens, and preparing product supplies for daily treatments are also key duties. The Spa/Fitness Locker Room Attendant plays a crucial part in guest satisfaction through friendly, courteous, timely, and professional service.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
  • Self-motivating personality with good problem resolution skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to scrub and scour surfaces, extending arms over head to perform cleaning tasks.
  • School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Service guests as needed, handing out towels, robes, sandals, locker assistance, refreshments and other amenities.
  • Maintain the day-to-day cleaning of the Fitness/Spa, with main emphasis on locker rooms, including removal of trash and soiled linen, terry etc.
  • Maintain clean linen supplies, launder linens and prepare product supplies for daily treatments.
  • Service our guests around our beautiful Resort in a friendly, courteous, timely, and professional manner.
  • Adhere to hotel security policies and procedures, particularly regarding key controls, lifting heavy objects, using chemicals, and effectively reporting safety hazards and safety concerns.
