About The Position
The Condado Collection is a collection of hospitality properties in Puerto Rico, ranging from classic and modern luxury hotels to restaurants and entertainment. La Concha Resort is a modern luxury resort in Condado, Puerto Rico with a history dating back to 1958. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited esthetics program with a minimum of 500 hours.
- Must possess a current Esthetician license in Puerto Rico.
- Two years of previous experience performing facials in a luxury spa.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and some holidays.
- Willingness to cross-train in other spa functions/services.
- Fully bilingual (Spanish and English).
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Provides professional, high-quality facials and waxing services for spa guests.
- Performs all treatments included in the Spa Menu and commits to learning how to execute each treatment with perfection and consistency.
- Believes that self-care is an essential part of the guest experience and commits to educating spa clients on the importance of self-care at home.
- Incorporates the sale of retail products within treatments.
- Commits to performing a thorough consultation prior to every massage or spa treatment to ensure agreement on the desired outcome of the treatment.
- Maintains extensive knowledge of Elemara Spa’s massage products and services.
- Participates in regular esthetician team meetings and cross-training opportunities.
- Participates in advanced trainings, demonstrates and implements learned practices.
- Effectively utilizes time management tools.
- Other duties as assigned and/or required.
