Requirements

• Must hold an Esthetics Diploma and be certified to administer facials, body treatments, nail services, and waxing services.
• Minimum 2-year experience working as an Esthetician
• Must be flexible to work all schedules, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Must speak fluent English
• Must be guest-service oriented.
• Understand that the job may require reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, moving, lifting, or carrying objects weighing up to 50lbs/22kg; standing, sitting, or walking for up to 8 hours.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

• Sales experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Perform and complete all required training for facials, Hydrafacials, body treatments, manicures, pedicures, waxing services, tinting services, neck & shoulder massage, and scalp massage according to the Mokara Spa protocols and brand standards.
• Attend all mandatory Spa Departmental & Omni Hotel meetings and trainings.
• Provide expert advice and recommend home care products.
• Troubleshoot and respond effectively and efficiently to guest needs and issues.
• Stock treatment rooms with supplies and linen & report any shortages to spa management.
• Maintain, clean, and organize all spa areas according to Mokara Brand Standards, including, but not limited to, reception, hospitality station, lounge, changerooms, and treatment rooms.
• Ensure that Toronto Public Health BodySafe standards are upheld.
• Adhere to all Omni Hotel Standard Operating Procedures.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by spa management.
