About The Position

Woodhouse Day Spa is a modern luxury day spa dedicated to delivering elevated experiences and exceptional hospitality in a refined, guest-centric environment. Our front desk and hospitality team are the face of our brand — setting the tone for every guest interaction with professionalism, warmth, and expertise. We are seeking a warm, sales-savvy Spa Coordinator to join our front desk team. The ideal candidate is guest-centered, detail-oriented, and excited to build a career in luxury hospitality. You'll serve as the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in the guest journey, retail sales, and the daily rhythm of the spa.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of front desk, guest services, or hospitality/retail experience
• A friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication skills
• Comfort learning booking and point-of-sale software
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

Nice To Haves

• Averaging $25/hr in retail sales
• Achieving a 30% or higher rebooking rate
• Consistently high guest satisfaction scores
• Meeting monthly upsell and service recommendation goals

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet, check in, and check out every guest
• Recommend services, upgrades, and retail products tailored to guest needs
• Maintain an organized, welcoming front desk environment
• Manage the appointment book to maximize bookings
• Support the team with scheduling, phones, and guest inquiries
