Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong customer service and hospitality mindset
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Sales-oriented with a passion for guest engagement
  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and approachable demeanor
  • Strong computer and reservation system skills
  • Ability to professionally resolve guest concerns and service recovery situations

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the face of the spa, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional service from arrival to departure.
  • Create a professional, friendly, and welcoming environment at the spa reception desk.
  • Schedule and coordinate spa appointments using booking software.
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, voicemail messages, and guest inquiries.
  • Check guests in for services and provide spa and resort amenity information.
  • Promote and recommend spa treatments, services, memberships, and retail products.
  • Process guest payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Assist with retail and professional product inventory management.
  • Coordinate scheduling updates and communicate changes with spa providers.
  • Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized.
  • Submit maintenance and housekeeping requests as needed.
  • Assist the Resort Front Desk, Leisure Services team, tennis program, and membership activities when required.
  • Help create an exceptional guest experience throughout the resort.
