About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a Spa Coordinator to support the spa department. This role is responsible for the daily operation of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient service for guests, residents, and members. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing intuitive service with a warm and friendly smile, contributing to a world-class employee and guest experience on a AAA Five Diamond property.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of previous reservation experience, preferably in a luxury or spa environment.
  • A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions.
  • High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
  • Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the front desk and ensure that appointments are checked in and attended to in a timely manner.
  • Schedule appointments for in-house guests, residents, and members.
  • Block spa therapist’s schedules when needed.
  • Optimize business on the books for best guest and operational flow.
  • Coordinate diverse teams in a busy spa operation, including scheduling, greeting, guest escort, and check-out.
  • Communicate via telephone, email, and internal chat feature with critical focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and polished guest service.
  • Perform opening and closing spa checklist duties.
  • Adhere to hospitality industry service standards.
