As a Spa Concierge at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, you’ll be the first point of connection in a journey of relaxation and luxury. With your warm smile, approachable nature, and attention to detail, you’ll create a welcoming and seamless check-in experience that sets the tone for our guests’ visit. Your professionalism and dedication to maintaining a polished environment play a key role in upholding the high standards that define the Bellagio experience. Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Nice To Haves

Experience in guest service is preferred.
Cash handling experience is desired.
Experience in spa, salon or luxury retail sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist all guests with Spa and/or Salon appointments.
Check guests in and out of facility.
Provide sincere, enthusiastic, quality, and consistent customer service to the spa and salon clients.
Create exceptional customer service and assist guests with questions.
Ensure professional and courteous behavior to all guests and employees.
Manage cash bank daily.
Retain knowledge of spa/salon software system.
Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products.
