About The Position

The gorgeous Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui, Grand Wailea, is looking for a Spa Concierge to join the Spa Team! Located on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens, this Forbes 4-Star, AAA 4-Diamond property is consistently ranked among the world's best resorts with 780 rooms, 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining. As a Spa Concierge, you’re not just providing administrative support to ensure seamless spa operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Requirements

Must have availability to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays.
This position is part of the Local Union which requires complete open availability.
Cannot accommodate schedule restrictions.
Hours and schedule are based on seniority and business needs and may be minimal at times until seniority is established.
Must be comfortable with a schedule and hours that may vary from week to week.
