About The Position

The Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak is looking for a PT - Spa Concierge Front Desk Attendant to join their team. This role involves servicing guests around the resort in a friendly, courteous, timely, and professional manner to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. The position requires providing high-quality service to spa guests and members in person and over the phone, including guest reception, checkout, telephone inquiries, appointment reservations, and fitness operations.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
  • Basic mathematical and computer skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Ability to solve routine problems that occur on the job.

Responsibilities

  • Service guests around the resort in a friendly, courteous, timely, and professional manner.
  • Provide high-quality service to spa guests and spa members in person and on the telephone.
  • Provide seamless service in guest reception, checkout, telephone inquiries, and appointment reservations.
  • Assist with fitness operations.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
  • Pitch-in and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player.
  • Effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger and collect accurate information and resolve conflicts.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, customers, and patrons.
  • Adhere to hotel security policies and procedures, particularly regarding key controls, lifting heavy objects, using chemicals, and effectively reporting safety hazards and safety concerns.
