Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills and team focused.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift spa supplies and linens throughout the shift.
• Lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to handle temperature changes with the sauna and steam room on all day.
• Available weekends is a must
• Professional appearance and positive attitude is a must.

Nice To Haves

• Previous spa, housekeeping/cleaning and hospitality experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness and organization of all spa areas including the locker room, lounges, showers, sauna and steam room.
• Assist with guests needs to ensure a welcoming, relaxing and luxury spa experience.
• Restock towels, linens, robes, beverages, snacks and spa amenities throughout the day.
• Cleans showers after each guest.
• Supports spa operations by assisting service providers and front desk staff as needed.
• Monitors facility standards to ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety, and guest service expectations
• Provides professional and courteous service while promoting the values and standards of Caesars Entertainment.
