About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking a Part-Time Spa Attendant to join their dynamic Spa team. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming, relaxing, and impeccably maintained environment by upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the spa, fitness areas, locker rooms, and pool facilities. The Spa Attendant will play an important role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring all areas are organized, fully stocked, and guest-ready at all times. Through professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to service, the attendant will respond to guest needs efficiently and courteously, helping to maximize guest comfort, satisfaction, and overall well-being.

Requirements

6 months in hospitality industry work and or fitness, health club related work
Work authorization in the United States

Nice To Haves

One to two years’ experience working in Housekeeping or Spa preferred

Responsibilities

Set-up and maintain spa including refreshments, locker rooms, work out areas, and pool.
Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with spa services.
Assist guest to their appointments as they relate to the Spa services.
Assist guests with use and set-up of fitness machines, croquet, tennis equipment.
Liaise/introduce guests to spa services practitioners (massage therapists, fitness instructors and tennis pros, etc.).
Clean and stock waiting area.
