About The Position

The Spa Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, order, and supplies throughout the spa and fitness areas while providing attentive service to guests and residents. They ensure all equipment functions properly, uphold safety standards, and reflect the high level of service expected at Four Seasons.

Requirements

• All applicants applying must hold a valid work permit at the time of submitting their application - unfortunately Four Seasons is not able to obtain on your behalf
• Two years of Spa attendant, Housekeeping and or cleaning experience in a luxury atmosphere
• Ability to push, pull, lift and carry up to 50lbs
• Good communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the spa and fitness center areas; including the changing rooms, the gym and the pool area
• Restock supplies, including towels, tea and coffee as needed
• Provide adequate and safe guidance to guests, residents and their guests
• Operate and maintain all health club equipment including gym equipment, weights, bicycles, sauna and elevator for people with disabilities
• Inform and assist hotel guests, residents and their guests with directions and registration
• Know all the services of the hotel and the operating hours
• Report any malfunction of a device promptly and accurately
• Ensure that safety procedures are followed and advise security in the event of an accident or injury
• Distribute and replenish towels, bathrobes, swimsuits, toiletries, juices and other items or amenities in the spa and fitness center areas
• Properly follow the procedure for reporting the need to replenish the inventory of any item
• Apply the Spa's rules and regulations to guests
