The Spa Attendant serves as the welcoming guide to our guests' wellness journey. This is a key role that ensures each visit is smooth, meaningful, and memorable—from first contact to farewell. Requirements
- Prior experience in a spa, salon, wellness, retail, or medical front office setting preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in customer service or hospitality
- Computer-savvy and willing to learn spa software (training provided)
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Nice To Haves
- Cosmetology license, esthetics background, or product sales experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Greeting guests warmly and genuinely; creating a welcoming, calm first impression
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, book appointments, and manage daily scheduling
- Support guest check-ins and check-outs, including payment processing
- Provide informed recommendations on retail products and spa services
- Maintain cleanliness and ambiance of the reception area and retail displays
- Assist with light administrative tasks, inventory, and laundry coordination
- Communicate effectively with the treatment team to ensure flow and timing
- Help guests feel seen, heard, and supported throughout their visit
