About The Position

This role is for a Public Area Attendant in the Wellness floor at the Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston. The Four Seasons is described as a collective of individuals who strive for improvement and treat each other with respect, aiming to create exceptional guest experiences through a world-class employee culture. The hotel is located in Boston's Back Bay and features spacious guest rooms, a five-star urban spa, chic restaurants, and private residences. The Spa Attendant will join a Forbes Five-Star team and contribute to providing exceptional service.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work eight-hour shifts; scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
• Must be able to endure long periods of standing.
• Must be able to attend pick-up cups, weights, towels, and clean equipment including stretch mats, and other weight room accessories.
• Must be able to push and/or pull laundry cart (50 lbs.), lift towel basket (50lbs), and lift drink dispensers.
• Requires reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Must already be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Applicants without valid work authorization for the United States will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Keeps all Wellness Floor areas neat, vacuumed and dust-free.
• Ensures mirrors, furniture, floors, elevators, and doors are clean and mark-free.
• Removes all trash from areas.
• Sets up and maintains the spa, including refreshments, locker rooms, fitness center, pre-treatment area, and pool.
• Responds to guest requests and inquiries while on The Wellness Floor.
• Answers guest questions and directs them to desired areas.
• Retrieves and folds towels.
• Retrieves, delivers, and stores/sets up products from purchasing.
