This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of spa operations by reviewing the daily treatment schedule and preparing/maintaining guest areas. It involves following spa procedures for opening and closing, greeting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, answering phones, making recommendations for spa treatments, and scheduling appointments using a digital system. The Spa Attendant will promote The Edge Spa professionally, create an excellent guest experience through a friendly and helpful attitude, and maintain the cleanliness and professionalism of the spa. They will also sell memberships, packages, and enhancements, and approach all guest and employee interactions with attentiveness and courtesy. Responsibilities include laundering and restocking spa amenities, assisting with treatment room changes, providing guests with information and amenities, assisting with training new staff, reporting comments and concerns to management, and adhering to uniform and grooming guidelines. The role requires attending staff meetings and training, availability for holidays, weekends, and evenings, and modeling company policies. Participation in sustainability initiatives is also expected.
