As the Assistant Manager for Gozzer Ranch you will be part of creating the Gozzer Ranch Experience. While performing all tasks at Gozzer Ranch we require passion and behavior that embodies our company values: PEOPLE ARE OUR PRIORITY WE RESPECT PEOPLE, PLACES, AND CULTURES WE DO THE RIGHT THING WE BELIEVE IN HAVING FUN Your key areas of responsibility are outlined below: Key Area #1: Front of house concierge team Coordinates and assists in front desk staffing, scheduling, and ensures the concierge staff is following all protocols and standards of operations. Expert on all services provided in order to communicate with members, staff and others. Responsible for managing the day-to-day spa operations. This includes the concierge staffand service providers. You are directly responsible for the culture of the environment driving the member loyalty, building relationships and delivering service excellence throughout each member’s experience. Key Area #2: Retail inventory and management Ensuring boutique is properly replenished as needed throughout the day. Keeping an accurate record of orders needing to be placed. Making sure prices are up to date in system and what is on the floor. Putting out and merchandising new inventory as we receive it.
