Spa and Ladies Concierge
About The Position
The Spa and Ladies Concierge is responsible for maintaining high standards in all Ladies locker and lounge services and operations, and maximizing customer service. This is a seasonal position, from May to September. The Concierge will welcome our female members to the Ladies' Lounge with a professional attitude and friendly smile. Confidentiality and trustworthiness are of the utmost importance as our membership rely on the Lounge staff to maintain the safety of their personal property. We hope the Concierge will seek opportunities to create memories by anticipating member needs, exceeding expectations, and building relationships. The Spa and Ladies Concierge must be Female.
Requirements
- Must be Female.
- Must be able to work weekends and Holidays.
- Must consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to our members.
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate in English to or members and with all teams at Glenwild.
- Must maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance at all times.
- All offers of employment with Glenwild are contingent on successful completion of a background check, references and E-Verification.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a guest or customer service role at a private Club or luxury resort setting preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manages the day-to-day operations of the Ladies Lounge at Glenwild.
- Ensuring an immaculate locker and lounge facility for female members and their guests.
- Ensures that the Ladies Locker Room and Lounge is well stocked, and in tidy, sanitary condition at all times.
- Refreshes Spa water, fruit, and other snacks available in the Lounge.
- Assists members in booking spa services, directs members to their appointments and assists them in the use of the steam, hot tub and other spa amenities.
- Offers and orders food and beverage service when needed.
- Coordinates seamless service with the Spa team.
- Develops an understanding of the Spa Menu offerings and be able to answer questions and explain services to the Members and their guests and book appointments when needed.
- Cross train on Spa Reception duties.
- Ensures overall member satisfaction in the Ladies Locker Room and Lounge areas.
- Gives opportunities for casual conversations and recommendations to our lady members and their guests for spa and club services.
