About The Position

Hand & Stone's Bryn Mawr spa is looking for a part-time Spa Ambassador with exemplary communication and customer care skills, and an astute attention to detail. The Spa Ambassador's goals are to ensure each Member is experiencing the best hour of their month, and to encourage new guests to become Members in order to fulfill their monthly self-care rituals. This part-time Spa Ambassador position includes both weekend and evening hours.

Requirements

• Computer Skills: Zenoti knowledge a plus
• Ability to communicate with people and to provide service in a professional and personable way
• Ability to convey genuine enthusiasm for the position and the spa
• Ability to develop long-term client relationships
• Ability to provide exemplary customer care at all times with the ability to translate this into potential Membership sales
• On-time arrival. No last-minute call-outs. 'Requests' Off' limited to shifts that are covered by co-workers
• excellent computer literacy
• high school diploma+
• must be 18 years old+
• must be exceptionally organized with an attention to detail
• must be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client inquiries
