Our Spa Ambassadors play a crucial role in achieving this goal. As the hosts of the spa, they are dedicated to creating exemplary experiences for every client. Our Spa Ambassadors ensure that each service is memorable and exceptional. Their commitment to excellence helps us fulfill our mission of making every visit the highlight of each client's month. The Spa Ambassador's goals are to ensure each Member is experiencing the best hour of their month, and to encourage new guests to become Members in order to to fulfill their monthly self-care rituals.
Requirements
- excellent computer literacy
- high school diploma+ is required
- must be 18 years old+
- must be exceptionally well-organized with an attention to detail
- must be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities
- Meet membership sales targets
- Have a detailed knowledge of our menu of services
- Provide excellent customer care
- Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
- Uphold spa cleanliness standards
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the calendar
- Perform various other duties as assigned
