As a Spa Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and growing a portfolio of spa groups and hotel spa partners on the ResortPass platform. You will play a critical role in driving spa performance by optimizing inventory, pricing, booking rules, and guest experience through data-driven insights and hands-on partner support. This role is ideal for someone passionate about wellness and hospitality, highly organized, and excited to work directly with spa operators from standalone luxury spas to full-service hotel spas, helping them succeed in a fast-growing marketplace. You will collaborate closely with the broader Account Management, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure spa partners are set up for long-term success and meaningful revenue growth. This role will be in person at our energetic NYC headquarters. The base salary for this role will range from $80,000 - $90,000 per year, plus equity, commensurate with experience.
