As a Spa Manager , your primary responsibility is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa, working closely with the Spa Director to ensure a seamless guest experience. From managing associates and maintaining facilities to optimizing sales and enhancing service offerings, you’ll play a vital role in upholding the spa’s reputation as a premier destination. Your leadership and dedication will create an environment of excellence for both guests and associates.

Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a spa environment, with management experience preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently, stand for long periods, and perform tasks requiring bending and twisting and walking frequently.

Responsibilities

  • Operations Oversight: Support the Spa Director in coordinating daily spa activities, ensuring smooth operations and stepping in during their absence.
  • Guest & Team Excellence: Lead by example to deliver exceptional service, address guest concerns, and foster a positive, team-oriented environment.
  • Facility & Product Management: Maintain spa equipment, ensure cleanliness, manage supplies, and oversee retail product selection and displays.
  • Sales Growth: Train staff on upselling techniques, manage promotions, and implement strategies to exceed revenue goals.
  • Staff Development: Recruit, train, and supervise associates, providing feedback and fostering professional growth.
