About The Position

We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing and mentored by a digital performance strategist, your mandate will be to support your team in creating strategies, implementing tactics, and optimizing various online advertising campaigns. Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience creating and managing digital marketing campaigns (specifically online advertising and SEO)
  • Proficiency with Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google advertising platforms
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent
  • Communication and collaboration: excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, positive attitude and strong relationship skills, good tolerance for constructive criticism
  • Organization and execution: autonomy, strong organizational skills, time and priority management, ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative and strategic vision: dynamism, creativity and innovation, and an analytical mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Google Data Studio or Google Tag Manager, an asset
  • Experience with WordPress and WooCommerce, an asset
  • Knowledge of HTML, an asset
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, an asset
  • Knowledge of CRM (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce), an asset

Responsibilities

  • Design advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads
  • Build dashboards and perform follow-ups
  • Set up tracking and analyze data
  • Optimize and maintain account performance for search engines
  • Optimize website content for search engines (SEO)
  • Stay on the lookout for new marketing opportunities within mandates
  • Support clients in bringing value-added ideas to life
  • Prepare and present monthly status reports on the performance of different platforms and campaigns (KPIs, Programmatic, SEA, SMM, etc.)
  • Advise clients and execute marketing tactics
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing
