We are a growing team looking for bilingual (English and French) social media professionals who enjoy engaging in online conversations, creating engaging content, and helping to build safe and welcoming digital communities. We are looking for individuals available to work a mix of the following shifts (including weekends): Day: 8 AM to 4 PM – North American Central Time, Evening: 4 PM to 12 AM – North American Central Time, Night: 12 AM to 8 AM – North American Central Time. This role requires flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends. Excellent English proficiency is essential, in addition to French, as this role involves managing content and accounts in English and French, as well as close collaboration with international teams. Requirements

  • Excellent written communication skills (spelling, grammar, clarity) in English and French, with strong cultural awareness.
  • Experience managing social platforms, particularly in moderation and engagement.
  • Ability to write for brands and adapt tone according to the audience.
  • Familiarity with major platforms (e.g., Facebook) — a personal account may be required depending on client needs.
  • Comfort engaging with a variety of subject matters (e.g., technology, retail, food, hospitality, tourism, health, pharmaceutical, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational skills, reliability, and customer service instincts.
  • Access to reliable, high-speed internet for remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Moderate and respond to comments on client social platforms, respecting their brand tone and voice.
  • Write thoughtful and engaging content to stimulate conversations and increase engagement.
  • Contribute to maintaining safe, respectful online communities aligned with client guidelines.
  • Identify and escalate issues, trends, or insights to the internal team as needed.
  • Develop a solid understanding of client brands: strategy, tone, target audience.
