Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, call centers, and supervisory roles, with a proven track record.
  • Perfectly bilingual in French and English.
  • Available to work evenings and weekends.
  • Passionate about achieving and exceeding sales targets through proactive and strategic efforts.
  • Experience in mentoring to improve team members' performance.
  • Able to set clear goals and maintain focus to achieve targets.
  • Results-oriented approach with a willingness to go the extra mile to support team and company objectives.
  • Works effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure daily sales and customer service objectives are met.
  • Actively participate in sales meetings and lead in-depth product sessions.
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise a team of high-performing employees.
  • Implement performance improvement and development plans for team members.
  • Identify innovative ways to drive sales growth, including developing existing customer relationships and inbound leads.
  • Set and monitor weekly activity and sales targets for the team, while coaching them to achieve these goals.
  • Track and analyze team sales performance and adjust strategies to meet targets.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to enhance productivity.
  • Utilize CRM and other tools to monitor performance and streamline workflows.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experiences by resolving escalations and ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Perform all other related tasks as required.
