Requirements
- Bilingual (French/English) speaking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- A results-driven mindset with a high level of accountability and ownership over work.
- Attention to detail in payment frequencies or banking info.
Responsibilities
- Manage essential financial data and documentation.
- Process essential account changes such as payment frequency updates, privilege payments, and bank info.
- Manage the complexity of working across different business lines, ensuring data integrity across multiple software environments.
- Issue welcome letters and ingestion notes for new clients.
- Act as the operational engine for the Customer Service, Tax, and Default teams by resolving technical requests and managing NSF reports.
