About The Position
The SSC Bank Account Analyst processes the bank reconciliation functions within the SSC.
Requirements
- Team Player with superior service skills
- Able to meet sensitive deadlines
- Must be highly organized; have excellent follow-up and prioritization abilities
- Proficient with MS office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Analytical problem solver
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Reconcile daily all Depository and Disbursement accounts
- Work with SSC ACH team to ensure all sweeps are posted daily
- Interact with Stores/SSC on any bank reconciliation research items
- Monitor all Clutch tickets assigned to you
- Verify that PPAY files are being created and sent by the bot
- View and decision PPAY exceptions via Cash Pro in BOA
